How long does an order take?

Ready-to-ship pieces are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and custom items usually ship within 1 to 2 weeks, unless otherwise stated. Any expected delays will always be communicated in advance.


How long does shipping take?

South Africa: Standard delivery usually arrives within 1–3 days.

International: FedEx shipping typically takes 3–7 days, depending on your location.

Please note: delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays.


What is sizing like?

Our size chart is available under the ‘Size Guide’. Since crochet and knitwear stretch, we recommend selecting your usual size for a snug fit or sizing up for a looser fit.

Knitted items tend to stretch more than crocheted ones. They may appear smaller when laid flat but will stretch to fit your body comfortably. Items will retain their shape over time. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out for sizing support.


Is sizing customizable?

Yes! We understand that everyone’s proportions are different. If you have any specific sizing requests, you can include them in the field provided when adding a product to your cart.


Can I change or cancel my order?

We accept changes or cancellations within 3 days of placing your order. Please contact us via email or DM as soon as possible. After this period, your order may already be in progress or prepared for shipping.


Can I return or exchange my order?

Returns and refunds are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, faulty, or is lost during shipping.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please keep your proof of purchase.

How do I track my order?
