Thank you for your interest in creating a custom piece with Faith M Designs. You can either choose from a selection in our portfolio or send in your own design. To help us bring your vision to life, please fill out the form below with as much detail as possible. We highly recommend reviewing our FAQs page before submitting your request.

Please note:

– Custom pieces must align with our existing aesthetic and design style.

– Not all requests will be accepted.

– Designs may be adjusted slightly for stylistic or artistic purposes.

When submitting your request, please include:

– A design + color

– Specific requests (e.g. trimmings, metals, hardware, desired length, etc.)

– If the design is from our portfolio, kindly attach a screenshot of the piece.

Once we receive your submission, we’ll respond within 48 hours.
